Negotiations for the 2018-2020 cycle of the 61 public, separate and French-language school courts are underway. 16.2 Each party appoints a member as a representative on the Board within seven days of that date and both members attempt to elect an independent chair. b) TEBA and the association may agree to proceed with an arbitration board composed of a single arbitrator instead of a three-member arbitration board. In this case, TEBA and the association will appoint a person who will serve as a single arbitrator within 15 days of operation, in accordance with the agreement reached with a single arbitrator. If it is not possible to agree on the person as a single arbitrator, each party may request in writing that the Director of Mediation Services indicate the required appointment. 16.1.2 Step “B” – If the respondent`s decision fails to proceed with the appeal, each party may request in writing the creation of an arbitration proceeding, as envisaged below. This notification must be made within 20 days of receiving the respondent`s written decision. 12.1.4 If the third and fourth days of personal leave take place during a day of professional development/belief, the leave is subject to the approval of the school uprist. 14.4 Medical Family Leave: The date of ratification is four (4) paid days per school year to care for the husband, wife, parents or dependent children who are ill or in need of medical or dental treatment. 15.9 Representatives of TEBA and the association meet within 15 days of operation to discuss the difference or at a later date, which is consensual for both parties. By mutual agreement between TEBA and the association, representatives of the school jurisdiction concerned by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion on difference.
